Why The INFJ Lens exists
When a decision is hard, the problem is often not a lack of information. It is knowing which signals deserve weight. A story can arrive with urgency attached while a quieter pattern keeps repeating underneath.
Some tools tell you what to do. Others tell you what kind of person you are. The INFJ Lens does neither. It helps you separate what you observed from what you concluded, then ask what evidence would strengthen or weaken your read.

Founder, The INFJ Lens
The INFJ Lens was developed from more than 20 years of professional experience across operations, technology, program management, financial services, risk and fraud, customer experience, business, and real estate—along with hands-on work in digital systems, marketing, content, and AI.
I wasn’t changing careers. I was studying the same problem from different angles.
September 12 is personal to me. I chose it as the day to launch The INFJ Lens because it carries the memory of my brother. He was my world. Losing him shaped me, but it also shaped the way I learned to pay attention—to what changes, what repeats, and what really matters.
Different environments kept revealing the same thing: the explanation on the surface and the pattern underneath were not always the same.
The INFJ Lens turns that way of seeing into practical tools, digital products, systems, and creative work designed to help other people think more clearly and move more strategically.
My story is why I built it. What matters now is what it helps you see in yours.
